These terms govern your use of the Insight to Impact website at insight2impactai.com, the client portal, and the services we provide. By using the site, signing in to the portal, or working with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the portal.
Who we are
Insight to Impact is a Fractional Chief AI Officer practice operated by Insight to Impact LLC. We help leaders capture their genius and scale it with AI. Our offers include the AI Immersion Day and the Fractional CAIO Retainer, along with the tools and resources we make available through the portal.
Your account
Some parts of the portal require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you invite team members to your workspace, you are responsible for their use and for removing access when it is no longer needed. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Use the site and portal only for lawful purposes and as intended. Do not try to break, probe, or interfere with the service, access accounts or data that are not yours, copy or resell our materials outside your own organization, or upload anything harmful or unlawful. We may suspend access that puts the service, our other clients, or anyone else at risk.
Engagements, fees, and payment
Paid work is described in a separate proposal or statement of work that you review and sign. That signed document governs the specifics of your engagement, including scope and price, and it controls if anything in it differs from these general terms. Fees are billed and paid through the portal using our payment processor. Unless your signed document says otherwise, fees are due as stated there and are not refundable once the related work has begun.
Our materials and your content
The frameworks, methods, skills, prompts, templates, repositories, courses, and software we provide through the portal are owned by Insight to Impact and are licensed to you for use inside your own organization for the duration of your engagement. You may not resell, publish, or share them outside your organization. You keep ownership of the content and data you provide to us, and you give us permission to use it only to deliver the services you asked for.
AI-generated content
Parts of our work and the portal produce content with the help of AI models. That content is a starting point to support your judgment, not a replacement for it, and it is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Review AI output before you rely on it or act on it.
Third-party services
The portal uses trusted third-party services to work, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for data, Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel for messaging, and AI model providers. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Confidentiality
We treat the non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to serve you. We expect the same care from you for any non-public Insight to Impact materials and methods you receive.
Service availability
The site and portal are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep them running well, but we do not promise they will always be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or pause features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Insight to Impact is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the portal, or the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to cover Insight to Impact for claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the site or portal, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of others.
Termination
You may stop using the site and portal at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other clients. Sections meant to survive, such as ownership, confidentiality, and limitation of liability, continue after access ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service and our offers change. When we do, we will update the date above. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continuing to use the site or portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Insight to Impact LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
